What WE-IN is
WE-IN reads heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep and movement from Apple Health and reports how long your body takes to settle after meals. It is a wellness app. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition, and it does not measure anything in your blood. Nothing it shows you is medical advice.
Your free days, and the subscription
WE-IN is free for the first three days, counted from the first time you open the app's home screen. No payment details are needed to start. After three days WE-IN requires a subscription to continue — your readings stay in Apple Health either way, so subscribing later picks up where you left off rather than starting from nothing.
WE-IN Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly.
- The three free days are provided by WE-IN, not by Apple. Subscribing charges your Apple Account straight away, including during your free days.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Your account
An account is optional and separate from your subscription — signing in buys backup and restore, so a lost or replaced watch does not take your history with it. You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign in with.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to store anyone's data but your own.
Availability
We aim to keep WE-IN running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The watch continues to compute your Response even when our servers are unavailable.
Liability
WE-IN is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of what it shows you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending your use
Delete your data at any time from You → Privacy → Delete everything, and remove the app. That ends these terms.
